NRSP has a long standing partnership with the European Union and is currently implementing different projects in AJK, Punjab and Sindh Province. These projects focus on social mobilization, infrastructure development, market driven skills training and the aim is to support inclusive development through community-government capacity building and partnership.
NRSP is currently implementing four Projects funded by EU, namely
Supporting Inclusive development through community-government capacity building and partnership in three districts of AJK, The objective of this project is to promote men and women citizen participation in development planning through the establishment of vibrant community organizations and active engagement with government in planning and implementation.
Supporting Inclusive Development through Community-Government capacity building and partnership in four districts of AJK, The project aims to foster and strengthen networks of community institutions (COs/VOs/LSOs) and building their capacities to interact effectively with local authorities and other development actors for supporting inclusive development.
Supporting Inclusive development through community-government capacity building and partnership in Southern Sindh, Project aims to contribute to the development of representative and skilled citizen forums in Southern Sindh, which effectively engage with government and realise a wider participation in their development processes.
Provision of access to market-driven training and employment opportunities to vulnerable youth and women in rural districts of southern Punjab, The objective is to economically empower disadvantaged youth in deprived rural areas of 3 districts of Southern Punjab to engage in viable employment and livelihood strategies, predominantly targeting youth with limited formal education, women and young people living with disabilities.
