The team of USAID Small Grants and Ambassador\u2019s Fund Program (SGAFP) went on a two-day retreat to the picturesque mountainous area of Nathiagalli in the North of Pakistan. The two days were bursting with multiple events that aimed to rejuvenate the team members and increase their motivation level.<\/p>\n
The strategic planning session for remaining two years of the Program and interactive\u00a0meeting\u00a0sessions were part of the retreat work plan.<\/p>\n
Dr. Roomi Saeed Hayat, chairperson of Human Resource Development Network was called upon to design and execute outdoor team building activities for the Small Grants and Ambassador\u2019s Fund Program team that would aid the participants become superior leaders and team contributors.<\/p>\n
The entire team and management, including SGAFP\u2019s Chief of Party Mr. Saeed Ashraf Siddiqi, who gave out welcoming and closing notes, participated in the activities with great zeal.<\/p>\n
A live bonfire and barbeque gathering, movie night and excursion sessions were also arranged for meaningful and festive team engagement<\/p>\n
