Limited by difficult geographical terrain and harsh weather conditions, restricted by social &amp;amp; cultural norms, and devoid of opportunities for developing marketable skills and then utilizing them for improving their livelihood, financial independence remains a dream for a vast majority.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14px !important; line-height: 23px;\">USAID Small Grants and Ambassador\u2019s Fund Program awarded financial assistance to Karakorum Associates for Educational &amp;amp; Economic Development (KAEED) for undertaking \u201cShawl-Making for Development of Entrepreneurship for Women\u201d project.
