Ambassador and US Coordinator for Economic Assistance in Pakistan Ms. Robin Raphel along with Mr. Shakeel Kakakhel, Chief of Party USAID\u2019s Small Grants and Ambassador\u2019s Fund Project held an open discussion meeting with USAID\u2019s Small Grants and Ambassador\u2019s Fund current and potential grantees. During the discussion, the Ambassador briefed the participants about the USAID project and efforts for Pakistan\u2019s development sector. Ms. Robin Raphel said that the United States has been focusing on the development of so that the country can realize its potential for the prosperity of its nation. Ms Raphel later on met with the potential grantees individually discussing their proposed projects under the program.<\/p>\n
Mr. Shakeel Kakahel described the program and how interested organizations can apply for the grants. He further explained the different sectors that are covered under the two components of the program, Small Grants and Ambassador\u2019s Fund.<\/p>\n
