NRSP has developed comprehensive Application Guidelines for the convenience of potential grantees/ entrepreneurs. These guidelines provide clear, structured, and transparent instructions for potential applicants. These guidelines ensure that all applicants, regardless of their background or experience, understand the eligibility criteria, application process, required documentation, and evaluation criteria. By providing comprehensive information, the guidelines aim to streamline the application process, promote fairness, and encourage participation from a diverse range of entrepreneurs, especially those from vulnerable groups like women and youth. Furthermore, detailed guidelines help to maintain the integrity of the selection process, ensuring that only viable and deserving business proposals receive financial support, which ultimately contributes to the program’s objectives of economic recovery and sustainable development in Sujawal.

An indicative list of potential business trades is given below just to give an idea. However, this is not a binding and any new and innovative business idea will be welcomed based on its feasibility:

Eligibility, Application Submission and Award of Grants
Details of the eligible grant recipients, application template, application submission procedure and award conditions are all comprehensively documented in the application guidelines.
The grants are available for setting up individual enterprises as well as collective businesses. Likewise, grants can be accesses to set up new businesses as well as for the innovation and expansion of existing enterprises.

Details about application submission are provided in the application guidelines. The deadline for the submission of grant applications along with required documents is 31st October 2025. Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
Eligible and potential Women Entrepreneurs are strongly encouraged to apply for grant funds and set up SMEs.
Funding Range: The grant amount (PAIDAR cost share) for setting up micro enterprises under PAIDAR-Microgrants Programme can be up to EUR 10,000 (ten Thousand Euros) in equivalent Pakistani Rupees. No single grant can exceed this limit. However, the interested and eligible applicants are advised to present realistic business ideas and as per actual needs within this maximum grant ceiling.
