Realizing the importance of women in the economic development of Pakistan, USAID Small Grants and Ambassador’s Fund Program has provided financial assistance to Sanjh Preet Organization to implement Enhancing Employability of Women Graduates in Information Technology (IT) Sector”
Through this project, a little over hundred women were placed in 24 IT companies for 3-month internship programs. At the end of this internship most of these internees, on the basis of their performance alone, got employment in the same company in which they interned.
